I’m a board-certified urologist. I graduated from Stanford with a BA in Human Biology with Honors, earned my MD at UCSF and trained in urology at the University of Wisconsin. I focus on men’s health and sexual medicine.
I’ve competed in NPC Classic Physique and Open Bodybuilding. Training and competing taught me a lot about what men actually deal with around hormones, recovery, body composition and the pressure to look a certain way.
My story →

Physique and hormones, coached by a doctor.
For executives and busy professionals, I run a six-month, one-on-one program that combines hormone evaluation, custom training and nutrition, and regular check-ins with me. Spots are limited, and every application is reviewed.
Every visit is with me.
When you book here, you see me: Dr. Jeremy Goodman, a Stanford-educated, UCSF-trained, board-certified urologist. I take your history, read your labs myself and build your plan from protocols I wrote.
Your first consult and every follow-up are with the same urologist, so nothing gets lost between visits and your plan is adjusted by the doctor who built it.

“Absolutely recommend! Dr. Goodman was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, never seemed rushed, and made sure all our questions were answered. He clearly laid out the treatment plan and double-checked that we understood each step. It was truly a reassuring and professional experience.”

“I’ve been taking my dad to see Dr. Goodman for the past few months regarding his urology issues. Dr. Goodman has been so kind and informative. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and addresses them immediately. Everyone here at the Sterling Group Urology office has made getting care for my father much easier. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.”

Questions
How is this different from an online men’s health service?
It’s built around one doctor. You meet me, a board-certified urologist, by live video at your first consult and at every follow-up. I wrote the protocols I use, I read your labs myself and I don’t mark up medications. If you want a urologist who knows your whole story, that’s what this is for.
How soon can I be seen?
Often the same day. You can book an open time online right away. If you send a note instead, we’ll get back to you within one business day.
Do I need labs first?
No. If you have recent labs, bring them. If not, I’ll order what you need and we’ll go over the results together.
